Mango Ubud is a boutique hospitality destination combining private villas and a vibrant café concept surrounded by the serene rice fields of Ubud. We focus on fresh ingredients, warm Balinese hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality and capable of leading a dynamic restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all restaurant operations

• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality

• Lead, train, and motivate the service team

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, service, and presentation

• Monitor operational costs and improve efficiency

• Collaborate with kitchen and management to enhance dining experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

• Fluent in English

• Strong understanding of restaurant service standards

• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
