General Qualification:

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (Front Office Supervisor/ Butler Supervisor/ Head Butler).
3. Excellent in speaking and writing English.
4. Excellent management, leadership, operation and administration skill.
5. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and service oriented mindset.
6. An enthusiastic, self-motivated, good team player and good personality.
