Qualifications :

1. Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or resort.
2. Mandatory: Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin); ability to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking guests (GRO)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
4. Well-organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual with a positive attitude.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
6. Able to join immediately.
7. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service quality.
8. Strong problem-solving skills with a guest-focused mindset.
9. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
10. Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
