Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness, health, and appearance of all gardens and landscaped areas.
• Perform routine gardening tasks including watering, pruning, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing.
• Plant, replace, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants.
• Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or other issues.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments safely and effectively.
• Maintain irrigation systems and report any defects or leaks.
• Keep garden pathways, pots, and outdoor areas clean and well-presented.
• Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment properly.
• Assist with landscaping improvements and garden enhancement projects.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Housekeeping when garden work may affect villa operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of gardening supplies and materials.
• Follow company safety procedures and environmental standards.
• Maintain daily records of gardening activities and report major issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with other outdoor maintenance tasks as assigned by management.
• Perform other related duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Position Requirements:

1. Min. 1–2 years experience as a Gardener or Landscaping Staff
2. Knowledge of plant care, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
3. Able to operate gardening tools and equipment safely
4. Physically fit and able to work outdoors
5. Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented
6. Able to work independently and in a team
