Duties & Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize the pool according to daily schedule.
• Skim, vacuum, and brush pools to remove debris and maintain water clarity.
• Test and record water chemical levels regularly; adjust chlorine, pH, and other levels as required.
• Ensure pool filtration and circulation systems are functioning properly and report any equipment issues immediately.
• Arrange and maintain pool furniture in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool attendant storage area.
• Check the ground tank water level daily.
• Report maintenance issues or damages immediately.
• Follow lost and found procedures for guest items.
• Practice teamwork and maintain clear, respectful communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Uphold professionalism, ethics, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Villa Supervisor or Manager.

Position Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a pool attendant or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of pool cleaning methods, water treatment, and safety procedures required.
4. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
5. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, humidity).
6. Physically fit with the ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
