Sandy Bay Restaurant on beautiful Nusa Lembongan is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence.

About the Role

As a Head Chef and a Sous Chef , you will oversee all kitchen operations, maintain exceptional food quality, manage and develop the culinary team, and help create memorable dining experiences for guests from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team.
• Develop and maintain high-quality menus.
• Ensure consistent food presentation and standards.
• Manage food costs, ordering, and inventory.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff.
• Work closely with management to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
