We’re Looking Cost Control
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyze F&B costs, providing detailed reports and recommendations to management.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of food and beverage costs in inventory and POS systems.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Conduct regular audits of F&B processes to ensure compliance with budget and operational standards.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to optimize portion control and waste reduction.
- Assist in menu pricing and costing to achieve profitable margins.
- Develop and implement effective cost control strategies and procedures.
- Train and guide staff on cost control practices.
KEY QUALIFICATION:
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years cost control experience in F&B
- S1 degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in cost control, preferably in the F&B sector.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of the F&B industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to proactively look for ways to help improve efficiency across multiple locations is a plus
