qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Property Sales, Real Estate, or a similar role
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Target-oriented and highly motivated
• Familiar with Bali property market and real estate trends
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Active on social media and digital platforms is an advantage
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license preferred
• Well-presented with a professional attitude and appearance
