THE YOGA BARN UBUD is Southeast Asia's full services yoga studio and holistic healing retreat center. Launched in 2007, The Yoga Barn's buildings have an indigenous Balinese feel to them. Coupled with a spiritual vibe, The Yoga Barn is at once earthy and rustic, relaxing, friendly and unpretentious.

We are looking for potential candidate with following positions:

GUEST SERVICE MANAGER

General Requirements :

• Proven significance front office experience  minimum 5 years, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
• Knowledge and experience in yoga, wellness, retreat, and hospitality is preferred
• Excellent guest service, interpersonal, and communication skill
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proficient in MBOL, Momence, Microsoft Office, and other guest service systems
• Calm and solution-oriented under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Citizen Indonesian only
• Already lived in Bali is preferred
