Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, agencies, and corporate accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Manage and grow existing accounts and partnerships.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and business meetings.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to support promotions and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Manage and follow up on leads, inquiries, and business opportunities.
• Ensure excellent service and professional communication throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably within hospitality, beach clubs, hotels, or F&B.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and business development abilities.
• Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality and tourism market is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
