Waiter / Service Staff (Full Time)

Job Description :

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks according to company standards
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining area before, during, and after service
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely
• Support daily operational activities in the outlet
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow
• Prepare table setup and maintain service equipment
• Process billing and payments when needed
• Follow SOP, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

Requirements :

• Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress or Service Staff is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and service-oriented
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with positive attitude
• Basic English communication is a plus
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
