Job Description :

• Manage, lead and grow the store's sales team (scheduling, training, motivation)
• Set up the store's operational processes and ensure they are followed daily (opening/closing, cash handling, service, hygiene)
• Manage store purchasing and supplies — packaging, consumables, supplier relationships
• Track store stock levels and anticipate orders
• Guarantee the quality of the welcome and the customer experience
• Track sales figures and report regularly to the Founders
• Uphold food hygiene and safety standards in store
• Manage the till and day-to-day store administration
• Maintain the store and flag any maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Experience managing a store, restaurant or retail outlet — ideally in food & beverage
• Natural leadership and the ability to lead a small team
• Organized, rigorous and reliable
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Comfortable managing purchasing, stock and suppliers
