We are looking for qualified and dynamic talents to join our pre-opening team for our newest property, Emana Wedari, featuring 20 private pool villas, located on Jl. Sri Wedari, Ubud. Operational Manager (Job Code: OM)

General Requirements:

• Honest, passionate, detail oriented and responsible
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in managing a dynamic team, preferably at a resort setting
• Knowledge of financial reports and budgeting
• Fluent in English and customer satisfaction
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position or 3 years as head of frontliner department
• Willing to be placed in Ubud
