Position: Barista

Location: Uluwatu - Bali

• Job Description:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Operate coffee machines and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and assist in restocking supplies when needed.
• Support the team in maintaining overall café cleanliness and service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista (fresh graduates with training experience are welcome).
• Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus.
• Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work on weekends or public holidays as scheduled.
