CHIEF ACCOUNTING

The Chief Accounting is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, accounting policies, and internal controls across the organization. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, leads cross-functional teams, and provides strategic financial insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the company's financial integrity and driving business growth.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Chief Accounting or senior accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry (Beach Club/Day Club) or F&B sector

• Proven experience in auditing and administration, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance

• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, including VHP (Visual Hotel Property) or similar property management systems

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide strategic financial insights
