We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead our people operations and help us scale.

Job Summary As our HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. Your goal is to align our HR strategy with our overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities 

• Strategy : Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands or issues.
• Hiring: Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process.
• Onboarding: Oversee employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
• Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Benefits: Monitor and manage corporate compensation and benefits plans.
• Culture: Nurture a positive, diverse, and productive working environment.
• Data: Maintain historical human resource records and utilize HR metrics.

• Minimum 2 years of proven working experience as an HR Manager.
• Deep knowledge of HR systems, databases, and labor laws.\
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
