• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

• Have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

• Experienced in managing and motivating kitchen staff

• Knowledgeable about restaurant and café best practices

• Understands kitchen administration, HACCP and managing food costs

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Good attitude and leadership qualities
