* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

* Minimum 1–3 years experience in similar position or supervisory role.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Good problem-solving and guest handling abilities.

* Familiar with hotel management systems (PMS/Power Pro) is preferred.
