General Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Positive attitude, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
• Excellent in English and computer literate.
• Pleasant personality with good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
