We are looking for motivated waiters / butlers to join our team at Hidden Gem, the signature restaurant of Hidden Hills Villas, a family-owned boutique luxury villa resort. Our resort is a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, affiliated with Hilton.

ABOUT US:

Our resort features 14 exclusive villas with 22 luxurious rooms. Hidden Gem Restaurant & Wine Lounge offers an exquisite dining experience with farm-to-table cuisine, complemented by a carefully curated wine selection, including more than 50 wines by the glass, one of the largest selections in the region.

WHO WE ARE:

Our resort was founded by entrepreneur, hotelier, and entertainer Max Loong, who is also a certified sommelier and a WSET diploma holder (level 4). We are a close-knit team, dedicated to delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a passionate waiter / butler with a keen interest in fine dining and wine. This entry-level role offers the potential to grow into a junior sommelier or even a butler position. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in wine and fine dining cuisine.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver food orders to tables and villas promptly and accurately.

Ensure all dishes are presented to guests in perfect condition.

Support the kitchen and service teams in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Learn about our menu and wine offerings, assisting guests with food and beverage orders

QUALIFICATIONS:

A genuine interest in wine, fine dining, and farm-to-table cuisine.

Strong communication and salesmanship skills, with the ability to up-sell and recommend menu items confidently.

Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Good conversational English skills, with a willingness to improve.
