Hidden Gem, the signature restaurant of Hidden Hills Villas—a boutique luxury resort and proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World—is looking for a skilled Bartender passionate about mixology, wine, and top-tier guest service.

With 14 villas and 22 rooms, our resort offers refined farm-to-table cuisine and one of Bali’s most extensive wine and cocktail menus, featuring 50+ wines by the glass and craft signature cocktails. Founded by hotelier and certified sommelier Max Loong, we blend world-class hospitality with a personal, family-run touch

The Role:

As Bartender, you’ll craft high-quality cocktails, offer wine and spirits recommendations, and create memorable guest experiences in our elegant lounge setting.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven bar experience in upscale venues

Excellent cocktail knowledge and bar skills

Friendly, professional guest engagement

Interest in wine and food pairing

Basic English (other languages a plus)
