RESORT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities :

1. Oversee all aspects of Resort Operations.
2. Build and develop a pssionate team alignes with brand value and service excellence.
3. Drive financial perform, operational efficiency and guest satisfactions.
4. Foster strong relationship with owner, stakeholders and the local community.

Qualifications :

1. Proven leadership experience as Resort Manager in upscale/luxury hospitality
2. Fluent in English : additional languages will be an advantage.
3. Excellent communication, strategic thinking and Team-building skills.
