Requirement:
• Preferably with a specialization in human resources management or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant HR Manager in the hotel business.
• A good understanding of labor laws in Indonesia and their application.
• High degree of personal integrity, sensitivity, and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task, be time-sensitive to critical tasks, and challenge back when needed.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to join immediately.
