We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team at Soulshine Bali, a boutique yoga resort. We currently serve healthy choices and are looking to expand into fine dining offering gourmet vegetarian and fish/seafood options. Expertise in fish/seafood is a big plus. 


  • Set up the Kitchen with cooking utensils and equipments, like knives, pans and kitchen scales.
  • Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
  • Cook food in timely manner.
  • Delegate tasks to kitchen staff.
  • Inform wait staff about daily specials
  • Ensure appealing plate presentation
  • Supervise cooks and assist as needed
  • Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove daily)
  • Participate in creating an exclusive menu
  • Proven work experience as Chef at Restaurant/Hotel
  • Advance knowledge of Culinary, Baking and Pastry techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
  • Familiar with sanitation regulation
  • Raw, Vegan, Vegetarian knowledge is a plus
  • Culinary school diploma preffered
  • Great in English and communication skills
  • Able to join immediately.


  • Female min. 25 years old
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Good personality, honest, good motivated person with a good attitude
  • Prior experiences min. 2 years as Spa Therapist
  • Able to perform Balinese Massage and any other massage.
  • Able to do Manicure and Pedicure.
  • Able to do Facial and Waxing is a plus.
  • Able to join at least in the beginning of January 2020.


  • Answering inquiries from guests, via various channels such as email, phone and other online platforms such as OTAs and Vacation Rental Websites (including Airnb, etc.). Inquiries such as villa information, rates, check-in information etc.
  • Processing bookings received from OTAs, Emails and Walk-Ins into the system. Updating allotments in OTAs according to availability. Ensuring channel manager is correct when applicable.
  • Updating / adjusting rates daily in our system and also OTAs when necessary. Creating seasonal promotions in our system and also OTAs when instructed by management.
  • Coordinate guest activities and book on behalf of them.
  • Communicate on the phone guests via WA  anytime.
  • Able to handle guest complaints and problems.


  • Looking for one young and motivated male/female minimum 25 years old.
  • Fluency in English language in both oral and written is essential. This position requires daily conversation and interaction with guests, therefore a confident speaker is required.
  • Meticulous, pleasant, outgoing personality. Team player and ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Min 2 years of experience in hospitality industry is necessary. Previous job experience that requires conversation and interaction with guests in English (oral & written) such as Guest Relations, Guest Service, Reservation Agent, Reception etc will be considered.
  • Familiarity with hospitality systems (channel manager, OTAs) is required.


  • Male/Female Max. 25 years old.
  • Able to speak English is a plus.
  • Have educational background related to the position is preffered.
  • Trainee from High School/Vocational School is preffered.
  • Able to complete training for 3 months or 6 months period.
  • Able to join immediately.
