Samabe Bali Suites and Villas is looking for a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office Department , able to monitor the Front Office departmental day to day operations and ensure guests receive prompt and exceptional service. He/She will lead the team and ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

Areas of responsibility include Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk. As a department head, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Ensure policies and procedures as well as rules and regulations are implemented.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma qualification from a recognized university or hotel school
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar or an Assistant Front Office Manager role in a Luxury Resort (or in reputed 5* Hotels )
  • Working with a culturally Balinese and diverse workforce.
  • Able to Analyzes information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
  • Gender is not our priority concern.
  • Current location of candidates preferably within Bali due the urgency of the position.
