Job Description :

  1. Oversee food planning  and preparation for restaurant.
  2. Oversee food and beverage inventories, order items as required,  generate inventory report and other relevant financial reports.
  3. Supervise and train food production staff (cooks) and food service  staff (waitresses).
  4. Ensure adherence  to local and governmental  food safety and beverage regulations.
  5. Implement SOP's
  6. Monitor guest's condition and address any complaints or concerns regarding food  preparation and menu offerings.
  7. Conduct weekly Cooking Classes
  8.  Act as  brigde between  management and line staff
  9. Act  as reprensentative within  local communicaties  and at large

We would like to have a candidate with the following qualifications:

  1. Bilingual Indonesian and English
  2. Minimum 5 years in a similar position
  3. Between  28 - 45 years
  4. Well-developed interpersonal  skiills (leadership, communications, empathy)
  5. Keen interest in food and beverage
  6. Interest in alternative health (optional)
  7. Have the expertise and experience as cook and a chef
