REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years-experience in the same position in a hotel/independent restaurants.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Food & Beverage Management or Business Management or a related field.
- Great knowledge of old world wine and new world wine experience in fine dining.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has strong leadership skills, trains and develops team.
