Join us for the opening of a new restaurant in the Ubud area. Reporting directly to the Owner, you will take full responsibility for managing a 200-seat restaurant.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position at an upmarket restaurant or villa resort.
- Young, dynamic, and self-driven individual with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on achieving bottom-line results.
