Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree in engineering (Civil/ Electrical/ Industrial/ Mechanical).
• Minimal 4 years working experiences as chief/ Manager Engineering
• Having experience handling building management, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
• Having experience in building installation, HVAC system, plumbing, Electrical and PABX.
• Good communication skill, analytical thinking, and good planning & organizing.
• Detail oriented, strong English skill, customer/ tenant oriented, strong commercial approach and good in computer skill.
• Good on preventive maintenance.
• Experience as Operation Manager / Engineering Manager at Building, Hotel, Properties or Mall would be an advantage
• Willing to work in Bali.
