Job Description:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a important role in ensuring the seamless operation of our establishment. You will oversee the front-of-house team, maintaining impeccable standards of service while creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests.

Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be instrumental in upholding our reputation as a premier destination for fine dining.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Oversee the dining area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and appropriately set up.

• Learn how to handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

• Great English speaker is a must.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a fine dining restaurant environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine service, preferred.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
