Floor Captain


Job Descriptions :

The Leader takes the guest’s orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing.

The Leader is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing his guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require.

Knowledge on the restaurant, its products and promotions is crucial for the Leader to know as they are the main contact with the guest.

The Leader may also have the responsibility of additional side duties such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments and guest supplies.

He/She may also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Height F 160 cm, M 170 cm.
  • Age maximum 27 Years old.
  • Hospitality or F&B background.
  • Have a good ability to work both as team or individual.
  • Min. 2 years work experiences as a Waiter/Server.
