Job Qualifications

  1. Preferably Male
  2. Preferably 1 year experience as Reception/Guest Service Attendant also as Night Reception/Guest Service Attendant
  3. Fresh Graduate are welcome
  4. Customer Service oriented
  5. Possess other foreign language skill is advantage
  6. Education minimum Diploma
  7. Excellent command both spoken and written English
  8. Familiar with VHP system will be an asset
  9. Strong administration detail and financial procedure
  10. Honest discipline, warm personality, & able to work in face paced environment with multitasking
  11. Ready to start immediately
  12. Willing to work on shift schedule especially at Night Shift

Position           : Cook Helper

Department    : Food & Beverage

Job Qualifications

  1. Vocational School (SMK) or Diploma especially in F&B Product
  2. Have minimal experience in the same field minimal 1 year
  3. Must have good knowledge and skill about F & B Product
  4. Able to work as a Team Player as well as an individual, highly motivated, eager to learn.

Job Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in public relation, hospitality, and business or equivalent.
  2. Age Maximum 35 year old.
  3. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience including MICE and handling corporate segment.
  4. Client Relationship, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for sales.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  6. Candidate should be located in Jakarta and no problem for sales visit abroad.
  7. Available Driving Car and have driving Licence (SIM A).

Job Description :

  1. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects ; recommending solutions.
  2. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements, for example: Assisting partner agent, corporate partners, and other market business partner in regards of inquiry (rate quotation and other arrangement)
  3. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  4. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  5. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-art practices; participating in professional societies.

  7. Passionated in delivering exceptional levels in maintaining guest satisfaction
  8. Calm, efficient and the ability to work under pressure

Job Description :

  1. Build & Establish relationship with guest to maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring all needs & inquiries are delivered.
  2. Provide the highest level of Customer Service at all the times
  3. Proactively in complaint handling & problem solving
  4. Knowledgeable about all hotel products, service and promo.
  5. Monitor the hotel lobby and other public areas, particularly at busy times to ensure all operations are running well
  6. Understand all credit procedures and ensure they are applied according to Hotel’s standard operationg procedure
  7. Handle, record, and follow through with management issues or emergencies that arise
  8. Other duties assigned that FOM or General Manager
