Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by overseeing guest interactions and addressing all needs promptly and professionally.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and front office activities, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Staff Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment and driving excellent performance.
- Financial Management: Manage the villa's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to promote the villa, attract guests, and build the property's reputation in the market.
- Event Management: Plan and oversee events held at the villa, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality standards to consistently meet or exceed guest expectations.
