Job Description :

  1. Running and completing job orders in accordance with the target results and time determined by the boss.
  2. Divide the task well to all teams and supervise each team in the class operational.
  3. Anticipate and remain pro-active towards additional employment provided by superiors.
  4. Checking the completeness of the tools and materials to be used in the Lab’s practice class and ensuring they are all working well for a smooth practice class.
  5. Participate in supervising the process of expenditure and re-storage of goods in the warehouse.
  6. Supervise the process of portioning materials of practice materials.
  7. Delivering information on practical needs to the warehouse to be followed up with the procurement of tools and materials of practice in accordance with the list that has been provided.
  8. Conduct hygiene checks at all practical sites and public areas within the scope of the class operations department either before beginning practice or after practice.
  9. Ensure cleanliness of practice sites and areas within the working class are well maintained even when not in use.
  10. Include yourself to assist the team in doing all the work of the class operational department.
  11. Assist academic Instructions in the classroom to meet classroom needs while ongoing.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  1. Age max 35 years old
  2. Should have at least 2 year experiences in similar positi
  3. Required language(s): English
  4. Required Skill(s): Food Costing , preparing cooking Indonesian food & Western Food
  5. Must posssess an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  6. Should be able to organize and prioritize own work with limited supervision
  7. Innovation and strategic thinking are highly valued
  1. Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training, and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling

Job Description :

  • Provide support to supervisors and staff develop the skills and capabilities of staff
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive prosedure is used to hire staff
  • Provide information and assistance to all staff on human resource a d work related issues
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Tabanan
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Well grooming, team work, Strong leadership, good communication skill and familiar as trainer
  • Able to speak English active
  • Excellent in using Ms. Office programs
  • Full-Time position(s) available
