The Chief Security is responsible for leading and overseeing security strategy, policies, and standards across ZIN’s properties, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and business operations.

This role will lead and develop the security team, manage crisis and major incident responses, build strong relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders, and ensure all security systems and risk assessments are properly implemented. The Chief Security will also oversee security budgets, equipment, training, and compliance while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on security leader with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience in hospitality or large-scale property environments.
