About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Shop Attendant to support the daily operations of the ZIN Shop and deliver a welcoming shopping experience for our guests.

This role is responsible for assisting guests, maintaining product displays, handling transactions, monitoring stock, and ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and commercially attractive.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional approach.

Provide product information and recommendations based on guest needs.

Handle cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently.

Operate the POS system and ensure all sales are properly recorded.

Maintain attractive, clean, and well-organized product displays.

Monitor product availability and replenish stock when required.

Assist with stock receiving, counting, labeling, and inventory checks.

Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies, damaged items, or low-stock products.

Support daily opening and closing procedures of the shop.

Ensure all products are properly priced, displayed, and presented according to ZIN standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and storage area.

Promote products, special offers, and other relevant ZIN services or experiences to guests.

Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.

Coordinate with relevant departments regarding stock, promotions, and guest requests.

Follow all company policies related to cash handling, inventory, grooming, and customer service.

Support other retail or operational activities as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Who You Are

Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys interacting with guests.

Has good communication and customer service skills.

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, cashier, or customer service is preferred.

Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and basic sales transactions.

Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Able to maintain a neat and professional appearance.

Has a basic understanding of product sales and merchandising.

Proactive and willing to assist guests beyond basic transactions.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
