We are looking for a commercially driven Revenue & Distribution Manager who can turn data into strategy, optimize revenue performance, and drive sustainable business growth across ZIN’s hospitality, F&B, wellness, and lifestyle businesses.

This role is responsible for managing pricing, distribution, forecasting, and channel performance while identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and strengthen ZIN’s overall commercial performance.

You will work closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure that revenue decisions are supported by accurate data, clear market insights, and strong business understanding.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement pricing and revenue strategies across ZIN’s hotels, F&B, retail, and fitness businesses.

Manage and optimize distribution channels, OTAs, and third-party partnerships to maximize revenue and channel performance.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, demand patterns, booking pace, and customer behavior to identify revenue opportunities.

Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and support the annual budgeting and planning process.

Monitor PMS, Channel Manager, and RMS performance to ensure data accuracy, availability, and effective revenue distribution.

Analyze historical and current performance data to develop demand forecasts and pricing recommendations.

Monitor key revenue performance indicators and provide regular insights and recommendations to management.

Identify opportunities to improve occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, direct bookings, channel mix, and overall revenue contribution.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Operations, and Finance to align commercial strategies with business objectives.

Evaluate distribution costs, commission structures, and channel profitability to optimize the overall channel mix.

Support the development of direct booking and e-commerce strategies to reduce dependency on third-party channels.

Use data and automation tools to improve forecasting, reporting, pricing decisions, and commercial efficiency.

Stay informed about market developments, competitor movements, demand trends, and emerging distribution opportunities.

Present revenue performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to management.

Fluent in PMS, Channel Manager, RMS, and OTA platforms.

Strong understanding of revenue management, distribution, pricing, forecasting, and e-commerce.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Distribution, E-commerce, or a related hospitality commercial role.

Experience in hotel or hospitality revenue management is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of PMS, Channel Manager, RMS, OTA, and e-commerce platforms.

Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pricing, market analysis, and performance reporting.

Experience managing distribution channels and optimizing channel performance.

Strong understanding of hospitality commercial metrics and revenue principles.
