Job Position : BARISTA

Company: Coffee Shop (FnB Services)

Location: Uluwatu, Badung, Bali

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and teas, according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools with precision and care.
• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area, seating area, and restrooms.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on coffee trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista role is preferred.
• A passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
