We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. DW Waiter/Waitress

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in restaurant or hospitality (preferred)
• Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Good attitude, friendly, and service-oriented
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Additional basic foreign language (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) is an advantage
• Able to take orders and handle basic service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Familiar with basic service standards and hygiene
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Quick learner and able to work under pressure

2. Butler

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as Butler, Guest Service, or similar role in hotel/resort (luxury property preferred)
• Strong understanding of personalized guest service and attention to detail
• Well-groomed, professional, and confident in guest interaction
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (mandatory)
• Additional basic foreign language skills (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) will be an advantage
• Able to handle guest requests efficiently and discreetly
• Familiar with in-villa service, room setup, and guest assistance
• Strong multitasking ability and able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
• Able to work flexible shifts

3. Purchasing Staff (FB Admin Restaurant)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in F&B administration / secretary (hotel or restaurant preferred)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting systems
• Familiar with daily reporting, document control, and data entry
• Able to handle purchase requests, invoices, and coordination with purchasing team
• Able to support service operations when required, including taking orders during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Well-organized, disciplined, and proactive
• Able to coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, and management team

4. Security

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in security (hotel/resort preferred)
• Physically fit, alert, and disciplined
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Able to handle situations calmly and professionally
• Good communication skills (basic English preferred)
• Willing to work in shifts
• Holds valid security certification (preferred) Gada Pratama
• Well-groomed and presentable
