• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star resort or luxury hospitality environment.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Personality: Professional appearance with a warm, hospitable, and proactive personality.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive and work effectively in a dynamic pre-opening environment.
• Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellence: High attention to detail with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.

• For Butler: Proficiency in VHP Cloud (Visual Hotel Program) is a significant advantage.
• For Hostess: Exceptional grooming standards and a gracious manner in welcoming guests.
