We are looking for a dedicated, friendly, and professional Villa Attendant to provide exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

* Male or Female.

* Minimum High School/Vocational School graduate.

* Fluent in spoken English (mandatory).

* Previous experience in housekeeping or villa/hotel operations is preferred.

* Honest, responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

* Positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

* Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

* Physically fit and well-groomed.

* Valid driving license (SIM C) is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and prepare guest rooms and villa facilities.

* Ensure all guest amenities are complete and well maintained.

* Respond promptly to guest requests.

* Maintain cleanliness of public areas.

* Report maintenance issues and lost & found items.

* Deliver excellent guest service at all times.
