Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Staff to join our pre-opening restaurant team in Canggu, Bali. This role will be responsible for ensuring all goods are received accurately, in excellent condition, and in line with company standards. As part of the foundation team, you will play a key role in establishing efficient receiving systems to support smooth kitchen and service operations.

The Receiving Staff will work closely with the Purchasing Staff and Accounting Department to ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and compliance with internal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
• Ensure proper quality checks on fresh, dry, and beverage items
• Record, label, and store goods according to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the receiving and storage areas
• Assist in stock rotation and inventory control to minimize waste
• Collaborate with Purchasing Staff for order tracking and follow-up
• Coordinate with Accounting to ensure all delivery documentation is accurate and submitted on time
• Support the procurement and kitchen teams during the pre-opening phase in setting up procedures

• Previous 1–3 years of experience in receiving, storekeeping, or inventory control in hospitality or F&B is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills for recording and reporting
• Team player with a positive and responsible attitude
• Available to join immediately for the pre-opening stage
