The Bench Group is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef and Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at our Kuta Utara area and Kuta Selatan area. As Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to be part of an innovative and fast-paced hospitality group.

Qualification

  • Experienced as a Head Chef, or Sous Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a high-performing kitchen team
  • Extensive knowledge of various cuisine types and the ability to create innovative, flavourful dishes
  • Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and budget planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the broader team
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Domiciled in Bali
