SPA RECEPTIONIST

SAMANVAYA (Ananda Spa & Bath House) is seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage spa bookings using our booking system on a laptop
• Respond to guest enquiries and bookings via text
• Explain treatments and assist guests with their bookings
• Prepare tea and assist spa therapists with daily operations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and organised spa environment
• Requirements:
• Fluent English communication skills
• Basic laptop and computer skills
• Friendly, welcoming, and service-oriented attitude
• Well-presented and professional
• Organised and reliable
• No massage or spa experience required
• Hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage

Massage training may be available in the future for those interested in developing their skills and progressing into massage therapy.
