Job Overview:
Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest service, efficient operations and high standards of food and beverage quality. This role focuses on managing the team, maintaining service excellence and maximizing revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilties:
Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Ensure Excellence guest experience by maintaining high service standards
lead train and motivate the restaurant team including supervisors, captains and service staff
Monitoring food and beverage quality presentation and service standards
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
Manage staff scheduling, attendance and performance evaluations
Control operation costs, inventory and stock management
Ensure complience with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery professionaly
Qualification :Indonesian citizen (WNI)
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a similiar position in hotel, resort or restaurant
strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards & food safety
Fluent in english (spoken & written)
Hospitality or hotel management background is preferred
