Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to lead and grow our event business, focusing on F&B events, weddings, and corporate functions. This role is responsible for generating revenue, building strong client relationships and ensuring successful execution of all events.
Key Responsibilties:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve event revenue targets
Actively seek new business opportunities for weddings, corporate events and social gathering
Manage client inquiries, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendor & partners
Coordinate closely with operations, kitchen and banquet teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Conduct site expenses and client meetings
.Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis
Experience handling luxury weddings or high-end corporate events
Strong network in the event /wedding industri
Qualification :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in event sales, preferable in hospitality (hotel/resort)
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, weddings, and corporate events
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target oriented with proven sales track record
Fluent in English (written & spoken)
Well-groomed, Professional, Appearance
