Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and a service-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for managing the daily activities for the front office team, maintaining service standards and maximing room revenue while ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilties:
Oversee daily front office operations including Reception, Concierge, and guest relations
Ensure excellent guest service and handle VIP guest and special requests
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue performance
Train supervise and motivate the front office team
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly & professionally
Coordinate with housekeeping, sales and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures & service standards
Prepare report related to occupancy revenue and guest feedback
Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and online reviews
Qualification :
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office with at least 1-2 years in supervisory/manager role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in english both spoken and written
Familiar with hotel management systems
Strong problem solving and decesion making abilities
Well groomed, professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
