SPA MANAGER

Praia Bali Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Spa Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth service delivery

• Lead, supervise, and develop the spa team

• Maintain high standards of guest service, treatment quality, hygiene, and cleanliness

• Manage therapist schedules, bookings, and daily operational requirements

• Monitor spa revenue, costs, stock, and overall performance

• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally

• Develop and implement spa promotions and treatment programs

• Ensure all spa SOPs and company standards are consistently followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager, or similar position

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, villa, or high end spa is preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good understanding of spa treatments and operations

• Guest oriented with excellent service attitude

• Good English communication skills

• Well organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• Able to lead and motivate a team effectively

SPA THERAPIST

Praia Bali Group is looking for professional and passionate Spa Therapists to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional spa treatments according to established standards

• Deliver a warm, personalized, and memorable guest experience

• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities in excellent condition

• Follow proper hygiene, safety, and service procedures

• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on guest needs

• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is preferred

• Knowledge of various massage and spa treatments

• Spa or beauty therapy certification is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer service oriented with a professional attitude

• Well groomed, responsible, and reliable

• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays

• Fresh graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply
