As a Floor Supervisor with By Suka Collective, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant located in Badung, Bali. This full-time position will involve overseeing and coordinating the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and provide guidance to the front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers
• Ensure all customer orders are processed and delivered in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant
• Assist in the training and development of front-of-house team members
• Liaise with the kitchen team to coordinate the flow of service
• Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns promptly and professionally
• Participate in inventory management and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the restaurant

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
