Job Description:

- Minimum 1–2 year experience in sales (property, hospitality, or related field)

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

- Strong communication & negotiation skills

- Target-driven and highly motivated

- Well-presented with a professional attitude

- Familiar with Bali property market is an advantage

- Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients

- Active on social media / digital platforms is a plus

- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license preferred

Senior Site Manager / Project Manager Interior – Fortace in Bali

Job Description:

- Min. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architect or related field.

- Good leadership.

- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

- Able to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and media.

- Good understanding of branding, promotion, and social media.

- Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Basic sales experience will be an advantage.

- Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.

Tenant Relations (Residence) – Fortace in Bali

Job Description:

- Minimum 2 year experience in Guest Relations, Tenant Relations or Customer Service.

- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional attitude.

- Able to handle tenant/resident inquiries and complaints effectively.

- Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

- Well-groomed, service-oriented, and professional.

- Able to coordinate with internal departments and vendors.

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).

- Willing to work flexible hours and based in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.

Job Description:

- Minimum 1 year experience in the same position

- Familiar with VHP system

- Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written)

- Detail-oriented and able to work in a team

- Able to join immediately is a plus

- Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

- Process bookings and ensure accurate data entry

- Coordinate with front office and other departments regarding guest reservations

- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest needs professionally

- Maintain updated records of room availability and rates

Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist - Sana Restaurant Uluwatu

Job Description:

- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position (F&B/hospitality preferred)

- Familiar with social media platforms and trends

- Able to create and edit content (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of digital ads and analytics

- Good English communication skills

- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a team

- Manage and create content for social media platforms

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies

- Handle posting, engagement, and basic analytics

- Create simple photo/video content for promotion
